Simple Fire Return Policy

No returns without RMA, call for RMA. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipment including any warranty work. All returns must be in original packaging and shipped UPS ground or USPS parcel with conformation. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 72 hours. All Simple Fire products carry a limited five year warranty or manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater Except warranty returns, no refunds for wood burning appliences. Other returns subject to 30% restocking charge and will be processed within 30 days. Custom orders are not returnable except for warranty.

Simple Fire can not control the use of and accepts no responsibility in the event of any property damage or injury occurs to users of the products, or installers of the products. Product descriptions provided are, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of sale, publication or web page creation. Due to the continual product development, the actual product shipped may differ in specifications. Please use the manufacturer's specifications and instructions when using and installing products.

Customer Note: Improper packing for warranty return will result in component damage. Contents must not move in box. Improper packing CAN NOT be claimed as shipping damage.
